They were checked under OWR and OWR + OA, not sure about vanilla though. In case (somehow) any problems occur then please write here or via PM.
Increased AI accuracy - both Stalkers and Zombies* (as for state of 1.4.07)
Decreased NPCs vision through objects - Stalkers/Zombies shouldn't track the player through the walls that easy from now
Buffed Mutants
Chimeras now may appear in pairs
1000+ New NPC variations with outfit drop - drop chance is 0.5% and ~60% of the configs are ready so outfits will match the actual appearance of the NPC (expect further updates)
Extra loot on Ecologists (Svarog Detector @2% chance; Psy helmet @2% chance) and Monolithians (Psy helmet @1.5% chance), also, slightly increased artifact drop rate from Zombies
Re-done squad descriptions (increased/decreased Stalker/Zombie/Mutant amount per squad)
Elite squads wandering through the Zone. Some say they use rarest weapons that can be found.
Half-custom events such as Monolithians' attacks on the Barrier or Mercenaries fighting with Monolith in Limansk - there's no info when and where such event starts so keep your eyes 'n ears open if you're around.
Much more harsh economy - higher prices, lower income.
Buffed some outfits
Increased pistols, shotguns and SMGs dispersion.
Increased actor's squad size to 3 (default) and 5 (achievement)
Changed how NPCs perceive sounds.
It's a next step in terms of stealth and overall AI behaviour.
If you're quiet enough to eliminate an NPC but his weapon makes a loud sound while hitting the ground, nearby (+/-5 meters around) NPCs may aggro on the event.
If you are trying to sneak up and accidentally scratch the bush, nearby NPCs may hear it and will investigate the place.
If you eventually decide to change ammo type/reload/change weapon while sneaking, NPCs may hear you.
In case some mutants are running nearby and make loud noises, NPCs will stop and start looking around to see any potential threat.
Remember that the sound is your best friend and worst enemy at the same time - make use of the rain, move when enemies talk or simply play on the guitar by the campfire. :)
Tips:Remember that Ecologists will more likely offer higher prices for artifacts and mutant body parts
Keep moving during the fight - NPCs will use grenades to reach you !
Do not go alone - mutants are even more deadly than before !
Use your money wisely - repair and ammo costs can easily empty your wallet.
Never underestimate your enemy.
Always have the bandages at the ready.
Remember your comrades have no limitless resources when it comes to grenades - you may give them some.
How to install?1. Firstly, make sure if you don't use any other addons as there's no confirmed compability for other addons beside ones supported. Also, make a backup of your gamedata to bring it back in case you won't like the addon.
2. Unpack and copy gamedata placed in [1]Base to your CoC folder and overwrite it.
3. Copy gamedata placed in [2]For Vanilla or [2]For OWR ... etc. (depending on what you have) and overwrite it then do the same with [3]For Outfit Addon if you use said addon.
4. Now you can add any optionals if you want. Head to _Options folder and install them in the same way as in step #2 & #3. Keep in mind they may badly interrupt performance on low-end PCs.
5. Launch New Game.

A-Life enabled on entire map
0.5 NPC and mutant population
This addon adds these files in order to work:"gamedata\configs\gameplay\character_desc_general_er_ *** .xml" - doesn't use vanilla character_desc_general at all
"gamedata\configs\misc\squad_descr_er.ltx"
Remember to include them in system.ltx if you're willing to merge addons.

Zombies*
While recalling to 1.3.2 values their accuracy got hugely decreased, but the 1.4 ones were just too high so they got lowered by few degrees.
